Sphere Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for Cornwall and South Devon. Our client is a dynamic well-established, award-winning developer who creates and build design-led housing developments of the highest quality

Due to growth in the region, from both sales and a healthy land bank, they are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager for the South West sites are spread across Cornwall & South Devon and you will be given up to 4 in a particular area.

The Role:

Reporting to the Construction Director you be responsible for a number of residential sites across the region. You will manage an experienced build team whilst ensuring build programmes are on time and Health & Safety and Quality are adhered to.

What were looking for:

The ideal candidate will be a proven Contracts Manager with experience of working with a housebuilder coupled with knowledge of the NHBC both modern and traditional build methods. Excellent Management and organisational skills are a given.

On offer:

On offer is an excellent salary of up to £80,000 with car/car allowance, excellent bonus structure, private medical cover, pension and flexible benefits package.
