Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a Large UK window and door business who are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.

Our client manufactures UPVC, windows, doors and other home improvement products for the trade market. They have been successfully trading for 40 years and are known for their excellent product range and customer/client experience.

A quality assurance manager role is to ensure that all the external and internal requirements are met before the product reaches our customers.

The role:

* Decrease the costs resulting from quality issues

* Support the H&S on site

* Support with ISO/BSI

* Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues

* Monitor all operations that affect quality

* Supervise and guide staff

* Keep records and quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

* Ensure all legal standards are met

* Report monthly quality reports i.e. COQ

The candidate:

* Have current or recent experience as a Quality Assurance Manager within a window and door fabricators

* Excellent communication skills

* Be computer literate, have the ability to learn new software quickly

* Approachable with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff effectively at all levels

* Must currently reside in the UK
