Quantity Surveyor Hybrid / WFH
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + package
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and up and coming fit out contractor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working for a leading Asset Manager delivering a range of exciting projects across their property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in surveying within the construction industry, particularly in fit out projects, to showcase their expertise and contribute to the successful completion of a wide range of projects.
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
* To take responsibility for the delivery of projects reporting to the Project Director as required
* Take full ownership of the contract programme including design, procurement, construction, and handover to ensure delivery on time.
* Produce reports for the monthly project review meetings to the standard format. Review to include commercial performance, safety, planning, programming, and sequencing of works.
* Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality and on or ahead of programme, that the appropriate documentation is available at completion and that the customer's project objectives have been satisfied.
* Manage project construction teams in line with the values and culture.
* Experienced delivering fit out projects with values of £1m - £5m
