We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Specialist on a permanent full-time basis. This role is Hybrid.

Typical duties include:

* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls

* Resolving customer queries and complaints

* Liaising with internal teams

* Going the extra mile for customers

* Maintaining the customer database

* Maintaining excellent product knowledge

You will have:

* German Speaking

* Experience within a customer service role

* Excellent team player

* Forward thinker, with a passion for delivering customer service

* Strong communication skills

* A Problem solver who can adapt quickly

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
