My client requires a number two in the office who can support three Directors with administration duties and general running of the business.
Managing the smooth running of the office and administration duties on a day-to-day basis
Providing 1:1 support for three Directors
Organising meetings and arranging appointments
Being responsible for the CRM system and management of client details
Skills and experience required:
Previous PA / Office Manager experience is essential
Strong written communication
Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively and be proactive
Excellent organisational skills
Communication skills the ability to communicate well at all levels
Self-motivated
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality and Professionalism
