Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Sales and Service Advisor to work alongside an amazing team and with fantastic clients in a modern office based in Deeside.

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 p/a, dependant on experience + Commission

Working hours: The position is full-time and permanent. Office hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing an outstanding customer experience and building trusted working relationships
Follow up calls with new customers
Upselling additional services
CRM administration
Working alongside sales team to achieve targets.
Working alongside the team to support adhoc where required.Key skills include:

Previous experience in a customer service/sales role or contact centre role is beneficial
Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
Confident with IT and software
Professional and engaging phone-manner
Prior experience of working to KPIs and targets
