About this particular role;

Connex Education are working with a Secondary Faith School who are looking for a Science Teacher to join them to cover a temporary maternity cover commencing this December 2023 - they're based in the Didsbury region of South Manchester.

They're a highly reputable school with really positive reviews who can cater to either an ECT or an experienced specialist. This is an opportunity to work within a really caring environment with calm and well-mannered students. The Science department is at an exciting time in its development and offers Trilogy and Separate Sciences to all pupils along with a wide range of STEM and extra-curricular opportunities. They have recently been judged by Ofsted to be a Good school and are now looking for an energetic, committed individual who is excited to contribute to the next stage of our journey.

Skills required for this Science Teaching position;

A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status with a Science Specialism.
The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
