Are you passionate about community engagement and customer service? Do you thrive in a role that allows you to make a positive impact on residents' lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer in Hampshire on a temporary basis working with one of the largest housing associations in the UK.
The role will cover Southampton, Andover and Winchester and will be home and field base, 70% on patch and 30% home working.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver a programme of regular estate inspections and prioritising fire safety risk assessment follow up work.
* Work with residents' groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events as part of a neighbourhood plan and local offers.
* Work collaboratively with local partners such as safer neighbourhood teams, the voluntary sector and youth services on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues, for ad hoc or routine meetings as appropriate.
* Liaise with other departments on neighbourhood improvements and services.
* Visit customers in breach of their tenancy or lease agreement where tasked to do so.
* Visit customers who may require additional support and assess whether they require on going tenancy sustainment.
* Conduct viewings and sign ups or tenancy assignments.

Qualifications:
* Experience in customer liaison, resident liaison, Housing or tenancy management.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Must have full driving licence and own car.
Hourly rate £17.95ph or £22,22ph umbrella, mileage 45ppm claimed from home.
