We are actively seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the B2B Telecoms sector. Qualifications and Skills Required:

Proven experience in Sales and New Business Development.
Proficiency in IT.
Exceptional communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset.
Ability to innovate and perform under pressure.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Comprehensive understanding of the Telecommunications industry.
As a successful candidate, you can expect:

Competitive salary, up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
Lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential (OTE £100,000).
Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm (with half-day Fridays for hitting weekly targets).
20 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

Utilise your previous telecom business development experience.
Exhibit resourcefulness in identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
Implement various prospecting strategies, including email, phone calls, social selling, research, and account mapping.
Strong organisational skills are essential, along with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Combine creative thinking with persistence and determination.
Key Duties:

Assume responsibility for converting leads into opportunities across diverse industry verticals, utilising a range of communication methods.
Meet or surpass sales opportunity quotas.
Effectively leverage leads generated by their lead generation team.
Engage business owners through multiple platforms.
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.
Convert leads into introductory meetings with influential stakeholders.
Job Details:

Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary Range: £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum.
