Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Quality functions and duties, the SHEQ Administrator is responsible for organizing and collecting information relating to engineer assessment, post inspections, and the accurate updating of data within specified timeframes.
Working closely with our operational teams, the SHEQ administrator will also be able to deal confidently and professionally with complaints from tenants and clients, ensuring that company procedures are followed, and that the complaint is dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
* Deal with customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, updating the Company Incident Log in conjunction with the Operational team.
* Ensure engineers meet our criteria with all relevant paperwork and completed relevant training to their role before they start working as an Aaron Services Employee, and that training is kept up to date throughout the course of their employment with the company.
* Collate Health and Safety information training on the online training system, maintaining accurate data records for use by the Management Team.
* Updating the internal and external data systems with accurate information in a timely manner
