Im thrilled be supporting one of the most successful and largest independent, family-owned specialist food suppliers who are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Export Coordinator to join them and the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, and overseeing all aspects of legal and contractual documentation for product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders accurately using the SAP system to facilitate smooth production and delivery processes.

* Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring positive customer engagement and satisfaction.

* Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.

* Coordinate dispatch and delivery requirements with relevant colleagues and suppliers.

* Handle legal and contractual documentation for product distribution, ensuring compliance with regulations UK/International regulations.

* Address supplier error reports and work towards resolutions.

* Develop expertise in export processes, identifying areas for improvement and business enhancement.

Skills and Abilities:

* Export/Logistics/Distribution/Compliance - Essential

* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

* Knowledge of legislation related to product distribution.

* Effective organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in ICT, including Excel, Word, and SAP or similar databases.
