We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to lead a new accountancy practice based in Norwich. Key Responsibilities:

* Practice Leadership: Take charge of our new accountancy practice, being instrumental in its growth, operations, and client relationships.

* Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a team of accountants, ensuring they meet high professional standards and deliver exceptional client service.

* Client Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and explore opportunities to grow our client base.

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the practice's growth and expansion.

* Financial Management: Manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.

* Compliance: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.

* Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, and introduce innovative practices to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

* ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong background in accountancy practice.
