I am requiring a 2/3 bed home for myself 30yo female and my 11yo daughter to rent from around mid September. Washington area as my daughter is starting school in Washington in September. My current tenancy ends end of September and we live too far away from her new school to renew lease.

Bond and landlord reference available. I also work part time but do get a top up from UC due to being a single parent on one income.
Rent is always my first bill paid and on time every month. Current landlord can give outstanding reference on my behalf.

Only looking to be contacted by private landlords, no agencies please.
