I’m looking for a 1 bedroom property that would accept benefits and 2 dogs one is house trained and toilet trained and the other one is crate trained and almost toilet trained preferably in bramley ls13 area or anywhere near bramley ls13 area and I must be able to view the property 1st before sending any money over so let me know as soon as possible please as I’m already in a 2 bedroom house atm but looking to downsize as it would only be me living in the property with the dogs and I would like to move as soon as possible because the property I am in atm is not safe for me or the dogs to live in especially with the water leaking from both bedrooms bathroom and living room and I can’t use the boiler or anything until the repairs are done but I don’t think that the repairs are going to get sorted out as I paid £900pcm for the house and £2,700 to move into the house that I am in now then I paid another £900 to be upfront with my rent as well as another £2,700 to the landlord to get the house repairs done because he wouldn’t claim on his house insurance has he doesn’t want it to go up even though I moved into the house July last year and still no repairs have even been done so that’s another reason why I’m wanting to move as soon as possible because it’s not on at all and no scammers or messers please as you won’t get a reply from me
