My client is a leading civil engineering contractor with multiple live projects across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term project consisting of groundworks, externals, landscaping, and RC works.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.

Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

Managing and producing programmes

Producing RAMS

Quality Assurance.

Managing the labour and putting men to work.

Providing progress reports

Commercial management

Managing and liaising with the client

Procurement and labour management

Ordering and managing materials.

Project Manager Requirements:

CSCS

SMSTS

Experienced managing civils, groundworks, externals and RC packages for specialist contractors.

IT Literate

12+ years management experience
