Im seeking a Management Accountant to work for a manufacturing company based in Radstock. You will be an important member of a small finance team who is responsible for the financial management and management/statutory reporting of the Radstock site, and its subsidiary based outside the UK.
This is a hands-on role with the preparation of monthly management information and annual statutory audited accounts. Your role will involve preparation and publication of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs which are timely, relevant, and accurate. The suitable candidate will be reporting to the Company Accountant.
Please Note: This is an office based role.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm
Qualifications are not necessary; However, you must be qualified by experience. You must be confident using Microsoft Excel as there will be an Excel example at interview stage. The salary is dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Preparation or Monthly Overhead analysis
* VAT
* Product Margin Reporting
* Accruals & Prepayments
* Preparation of Annual Budgets
* Variance Reporting
* Support Accounts Payable Function
To be considered:
* Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
* Good Working Knowledge of ERP systems
* Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Programs especially Excel
* Ability to effectively communicate with the multiple functions in a manufacturing environment
* Good organisational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Experience in accounting for a Manufacturer would be an advantage
