An opportunity has arisen at Insight Recruitment Consultants for a Recruitment Consultant' to join our well-established recruitment company based in the Cannock. The successful candidate would ideally have experience within the role with solid experience of driving new business within the recruitment sector through B2B sales.
The key points of responsibility include:
* Driving new business and a target of x1 new converted client per week.
* Create a marketing strategy and maintain records of all activity completed. This will largely be office based on the phone and also in the field activity, face to face.
* Manning the phones while in the IRC office, speaking to customers and workers to manage any enquiries alongside the rest of the team.
* Interviewing potential candidates.
* A positive can-do attitude is essential, as you will always need to keep moving forward.
* Assisting the director of the company and other team memebers alongside your main duties, a close knitt team.
* You will need to be computer literate in the majority of Microsoft office applications.
* A good communicator who works well within the team.
* Occasional driving duties (funded) so your own car and license is essential.
The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise their skills and experience and help the company grow and realise their goals. Future progression into a senior role is a realistic opportunity.
