Sue Ross Legal are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Manager to join a traditional high street practice based in Rotherham. The firm are an established organisation with a strong reputation, offering a full, efficient, and experienced legal service to local and sub regional clients who are either private clients or small to medium-sized businesses.

Our client is now looking to hire a newly created Management position. We are looking for an experienced legal professional, to manage a caseload at senior level, with the intention to eventually create a wholly new department. This role is ideal for an experienced, and ambitious candidate who is now looking for a step up to further develop their career within a firm who have strong connections to community organisations.

The suitable candidate must have:

* Extensive experience within one, or multiple areas of Litigation, ready to take on a full caseload at senior level.

* Ability to work independently, and a willingness to work in collaboration with others will also be important.

* Prior management experience will be an advantage as the ultimate goal is for the successful candidate to develop a department, and take responsibility for the management of its work, and staff.

* Excellent organisational planning and communication skills and displayed intelligence.

This is a full time, permanent position with a working week of 9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursdays and a 5pm finish on Friday.

Salary will be competitive, and based upon the successful candidates experience, and requirements.
