Within our dedicated FCA regulated complaints team we are delighted to advertise a new opportunity to join our team as Customer Service Executive, where your skills as an experienced (and curious minded) individual will help the team deliver exceptional complaint handling when investigating and responding to regulated complaints.
As Customer Experience Executive, you will ensure all complaints are acknowledged and responded to within the given timescales and crucially, that customers are kept informed throughout the complaints process whilst a full investigation is completed.
We are ideally looking for someone with the following skill sets:
Positive and enthusiastic (team work is essential)
Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
Curious (you will be able to demonstrate your love for good 'root cause' analysis)
Previous knowledge of dealing with consumer credit related activity and ideally experience within motor retail.
As Customer Experience Executive, you will ensure all complaints are acknowledged and responded to within the given timescales and crucially, that customers are kept informed throughout the complaints process.
