Your main duties will include:

Growing and developing your desk
*
Building and securing new business through proactive outbound calling and client visits
*
Being responsible for increasing the revenue of your desk
*
Working closely with the Director of Recruitment
*
Communicating effectively with the Director of Recruitment
*
Maintaining and updating spread sheets of clients and billings
*
Attending KPI meetings to outline your plans moving forward
This is the perfect opportunity for a Recruiter with an aspiration to Manage a team or a Manager looking for a new challenge and to grow a successful recruitment desk.
You must have:

Recruitment experience is essential for this role
*
A proven track record of high billing
*
360 recruitment experience
*
A drive to succeed in everything you do
*
Experience growing or growing with a desk of 360 recruiters
The candidate:

Outgoing and also social

Able to overcome objections and also internal issues
*
Strong communicator
*
Experienced in Microsoft Office
*
Excellent compliance and also numerical skills
