MOT is due on 10/06/23, so quite soon
This car is probably best for someone who’s looking for parts or has access to diagnostic equipment.
Good points:
4 good tyres, good brakes and a good clutch. Recently had the battery changed, electric windows and mirrors, steering wheel controls. It does drive really smooth, considering it’s bad point.
Bad:
Every single morning, the car struggles to start. I believe this is a coolant temp issue, which I can go into more detail if you need me to. The EML is on hence why I said if you have access to a diagnostic kit it’d be good just to confirm. However, once it does get going throughout the day, it won’t have any issues starting.
The gears can sometimes get a little sticky but otherwise will get in gear.
Bit of bodywork damage.
I do believe however, once the EML is gone it will pass the MOT even with a couple advisories, but it hasn’t been serviced recently and I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I’m not 100% sure. I’m getting rid of the car as I no longer need one due to a job being only a 5 min walk away and want to save for a better car in the future.
