Think Recruitment are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of leading family owned main contractor operating throughout Lincolnshire on Build and Refurbishment projects. They are financially secure and maintain an operating turnover of £180+ million, with ambitious plans in place to continue growing over the coming years. They have a diverse range of projects, across multiple sectors so your work would be varied and interesting.

Main Responsibilities

Procurement of sub-contractors
Measurement and Agreement of Subcontractor or Labour only payments
Preparation, submission, and agreement of interim Valuations
Monthly Cost Value Reconciliations
Assist the Commercial Manager in preparation of Out Turn Reports
Preparation of Bills of Quantity
Liaising with site management and recording of contract valuations
Agreement of Final Accounts
Preparation of cost plans and forecasts
Assist the Site manager in material call offs
Assist in Contractual disputes
Form close relationships with internal & External Stakeholders

Salary in excess of £50,000 per annum plus package for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in excess of £30,000 per annum plus package for Quantity Surveyor - negotiable depending on experience.
