Paying up to £65K + excellent bonus, this leading West Yorkshire based FMCG are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their thriving team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be a key link between the FC and the sales teams as the company embarks on an exciting phase of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in shaping their financial success.
THE ROLE
As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of strategic financial management, supporting the business in its ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial support to various business units, with a special focus on partnering with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Costings: Review and maintain product costing, advise on pricing and cost changes, and pricing decisions for customers
* Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate on departmental budgets, analyse financial data for insights, and review spend variances
* Business Finance Partnering: Provide financial support to departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Project Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects and evaluate project profitability
* Cost Control: Implement cost control measures, identify cost optimisation opportunities, review operational expenses
* Advanced Excel is essential and experience of using ERP/MRP systems
THE PERSON
* Ideally you will be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a similar role
* A proven track record in business partnering within a manufacturing environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
* Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis and problem-solving skills
THE PACKAGE
Paying between £60,000 to £65,000, with an excellent bonus, superb offices(currently being upgraded), health, pension, and flexible/hybrid working options
