We are looking for an enthusiastic Purchasing Placement Student to join our team specializing in Purchasing for our Corporate Segment in Darlington.During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry andpower your potential In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Providing dedicated assistance to one or more sourcing teams within the office Working with a group of suppliers to assist on Purchase Order management, cost reduction, capacity planning, quality performance and risk mitigation Specific project work in support of functional objectives Data analysis to support Purchasing KPIs and specific project requirements Engagement with other functions, including Supplier Quality, Material Planning, Finance and Engineering To be successful in this role you will need the following: Working towards a degree
