Here for a lucky new owner is a gorgeous 2006 Mini Cooper S. Drives absolutely superb, the engine is very smooth and pulls really strongly in every gear. The previous owner was a mechanic and Mini enthusiast, so there are a few upgrades to this one. The air intake has been replaced with one from Airtec, and an oil catch can has also been added. The result is an engine that rumbles along beautifully, and no nasty oil leaks or anything. The exhaust also sounds very sporty. This car is no shrinking violet! The miles are quite high, but don’t let that deter you as it really drives absolutely superb as it has been kept well with no expense spared. I have the original air intake which can be included. Has had 2 new front tyres fitted 2 months ago. The only slight things to note is that the warning light for the cat converter comes on intermittently, but my mechanic just resets it. The warning light has absolutely zero impact on drive or performance.
The black paintwork is stunning in the light, with the odd bit of rust bubbling under the brake lights that is very common for these models and has not worsened. White roof paint and chrome side mirrors give this Mini a very classic but yet sporty look. I have just had it valeted so it is perfect inside and out. Mileage may go up slightly. Air conditioning works. Left passenger side door is a little creaky. The chrome end bit on the handbrake has fallen off, just needs to be glued back on. Really nitpicking about ‘bad’ points to draw out, it really is a stunner and a great example of this model. Thanks for checking out the listing.
