Axcis Education are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant, to support the SEND provision in a mainstream secondary school in the Barnstaple area of North Devon. This mainstream secondary school is proud of its Holistic and well-rounded SEND offer, with its Curriculum designed to be adaptable to every students needs across every department in the school.

The curriculum is essentially designed to; promote ambition, be purposeful and rich, promote resilience, close the gaps between skills, cultural capital and learning, enable every student to achieve their potential, be adaptable to the changing needs to every student.

This role is full-time and would be classroom based with the potential to also work in small groups, and also on a 1:1 basis.
