Prospero Teaching is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a Ofstead Good School in Bushey, on a full time basis. The role will start ASAP and will be on a temp to perm basis.

About the LSA Role:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with experience working closely with students who require extra support. This is to work in an alternative provision supporting students with ASD and who can at times show challenging behaviour. Duties may require 1-1 support, as well as taking out intervention groups.

Full time - Monday to Friday
Minimum rate of pay - £90 to £115 per day

Experience, Training and Qualifications for the SEN TA role:

Previous experience working with ASD students.
You need to be able to remain calm in challenging situations.
A passion for working with students with SEND.
Pro Active in the classroom and a willingness to join in with class activities.
You should have lots of energy and enthusiasm with a positive attitude.
Up to date safeguarding training issued in the last 12 months
Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years
Up to date FGM & behaviour management trainingTo be eligible for the LSA role through Prospero Teaching you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child & adult DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
