Duties:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling of bookings over the phone and via email
- Accurately updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Experience:
- Computer literate
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
Shifts:
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
(Saturdays are roughly 5-6 hours)
