A leading Building Consultancy company with a work hard play hard mentality, are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to work on multiple projects in and around Edinburgh. They have a rapidly expanding portfolio, and looking for someone to further strengthen the Team and Business.

The Successful Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will be:

Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will support the technical team with project delivery on both detailed and performance design basis for Cat A and B Commercial fit outs
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will attend site meetings, produce well-written technical reports and presentations for clients
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will influence the design of buildings in relation to HVAC equipment, such as AC, FCU's, AHU's and chilled water and heating systems
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will assist in preparing budget cost estimates for project designs
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will benefit from a salary from £50K + Package + BonusThe successful Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer would have:

Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer must have AutoCAD and Revit experience
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer must have a consultancy background
Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer will have compiled technical specifications for Mechanical Building Services
