We are currently recruiting for a brand new provider of Residential Care to Children and Young People in your local area, the company are children centred in their approach to the care that they provide and pride themselves on being market leading with the way that they support both the young people in the services and the staffing team.

They will offer progression, full training, consistent and reliable support as well as your Level 3 Qualification and a safe and healthy working environment.

They promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle and want to help to influence the young people towards further opportunity and support to better themselves and their future. Every Child should be made to feel that every opportunity is available to them.

Alongside the general daily tasks and requirements they will require their staff to assist in activity and task creating and planning to provide cognitive stimulation as well as help the young people to identify and understand their likes, interests, strengths and qualities to open up doors that they never would have even thought were available to them.

The successful candidates will be required to undergo a Full Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
