Customer Service Administrator

£22,000 - £26,000 DOE

Outskirts of Tonbridge (own transport needed due to location)

Permanent, Monday to Friday 8am 5pm, fully office based

Exciting opportunity to join a family run, yet established company based on the outskirts of Tonbridge on a full-time basis working within a friendly and supportive team.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as well as a variety of administrative duties.

Some duties include:

Speaking to customers on the phone, face to face and via email.

Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers.

Processing customer orders.

Responding to sales enquiries and providing quotations.

Checking invoices.

Transport bookings.

Updating the CRM system.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Previous experience within a relevant role.

Passionate about customer service.

Good computer and Excel skills.

Ability to multitask.

A team player.

Willingness to learn.
