A growing London based software development company is looking for an experienced Product Owner. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company at the forefront of what they do and they are offering a starting salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing software products such as financial, asset management or accountancy software but other backgrounds will also be considered in the software service sector.
The role holder will be responsible for managing and taking a lead on Saas products with the view of accelerating growth through the following:
- Owning the product roadmap and budgets
- Creating user stories and technical documentation
- Managing all stakeholders to ensure product is marketed effectively and supported post release
- Champion product satisfaction and ISO standards
- Reporting on product progress
- Testing of developments
To be considered suitable you will come from a computer science/software background with previous experience in product management.
You will also need;
- Agile/Scrum knowledge
- Ability to convert requirements to technical stories using Jira
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Back End development experience would be desirable but is not essential
- Analytical and able to manage large data volumes
