Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join the support team. This role is important to the smooth functioning of their daily operations and requires a proactive and resourceful professional.
Responsibilities:
* Helpdesk and incident management.
* Provide remote support and onsite report when required.
* Business application troubleshooting.
* Ordering and tracking asset management / Asset Inventory Updates
* Contributing to the account management meetings.
* Daily system checks including backup monitoring and reporting.
* Escalate tickets
* Working with the management team to find ways to improve and add value to our processes.
* Onboarding and Offboarding accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365
* Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of hardware, including laptops, monitors and headsets.
* Desk setups, including network cabling.
* Meeting room equipment checks.
* Manage VoIP phone system and liease with suppliers
* Work within an ITIL enviroment.
The following is desirable:
* Degree educated
* Knowledge of Azure, Intune, Jamf or Autopilot.
* Background in supporting substantial infrastructures and networks utilising Microsoft technologies
* The ability to plan, organise and adapt to changing priorities
* Good written and communication skills and an excellent team player while being able to manage your own workloads
