Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client, in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager. Based in the historic city of Southampton, this elderly nursing home has all the modern facilities needed to provide expert care, but it also brings a personable and caring feel to all its residents and the families that visit. The home sits at an overall Good CQC rating and top ratings with excellent reviews to back it, the home provides primary care to elderly people and physical disability as well as stroke and palliative care.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team.

The company are looking for a candidate that inspires with a positive personality, always wanting to motivate and positively push their team to provide expert nurturing care for its residents.

Requirements:
Nursing Home Manager experience (Essential).
RGN/RMN/RNLD (desirable not essential).
Experience working within a Medium to Large Elderly Nursing Home.
Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.

Location:
The home is based in Southampton and is easily commutable from surrounding areas such as Portsmouth, Marchwood, Netley, Bursledon, Hedge end, Totton, Eastleigh, Chilworth and Whiteley.

Summary:
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with experience managing a large service, with this they are happy to provide an annual salary of £78,000 to £80,000 per annum and can provide a 30% bonus KPI driven as well as a standard pension which can be pushed to 18%.
