About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with Business Change experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects within the insurance sector, collaborating closely with a team of 4 other Project Managers and 4 Business Analysts.

The position will require 2 day per week in the London office - fully expensed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects within the insurance sector, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Utilize your expertise in business change to drive and implement transformational initiatives.

Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and achievements.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on business change, preferably within the insurance industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Experience working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work 2 days per week in the London office.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Relevant project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
