JOB: CARE HOME MANAGER

LOCATION: HOVE

SALARY: £40,000 PLUS BONUS

Reporting directly to the owner as Care Home Manager you will be:

* entrusted with a high level of decision-making responsibility

* given whatever backing you might need to fulfil the homes objectives

* afforded an opportunity to put your own stamp on the operation and really make a mark

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CARE HOME MANAGER:
As well as taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, you will be tasked with achieving various business objectives, including:
motivating staff and building a happy team
controlling staff turnover
effective budget management

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
previous experience in Registered Manager role required

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
We are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of:
successful care home management
high quality care provision
achieving consistently good CQC ratings
effective staff management
budgetary management and control
