4 Gas rings, grill & oven. Microwave. Toaster. Good quality crockery and cutlery.
Very comfortable 3.5 x 2 metres outside decking area with parasol and next to pool and fountain.
Rent increased by £20 since 6 ft. X 4 ft. New summer house extension made to decking. (No pictures yet)
It is a 20 years old caravan. In some cosmetic ways, it is showing its age. If you want “modern" and a very high standard cosmetically, you should pay more and find a younger caravan.
