On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit skilled Sheet Metal Workers, to join a successful manufacturing business based in Nelson, Lancashire.

Our client manufactures and installs bespoke industrial baking equipment and are looking for time served candidates with MIG/TIG welding experience.

Due to the nature of the role, some overseas installation work will also be required, worldwide along with regular site work around the UK. Transport and accommodation are provided.

Duties include:

* Welding to various tolerances using MIG/TIG methods

* Interpreting engineering drawings

* Use of industrial machinery

* Checking quality of work and ensuring high standards are always met

* Carrying out installations to customer specifications

Candidates must:

* Possess either a NVQ3 or City and Guilds qualification in Welding and Fabrication

* Be a time served sheet metal worker

* Have over 3 years MIG/TIG welding experience using Stainless Steel

Hours: 39 hours per week. 8am 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 1pm on Friday.

Rate of pay: £15.50p/h + Overtime at enhanced rates.
