We are currently looking for an Ignition Project Engineer.

The Ignition (Inductive Automation) Engineer will be involved in the design, installation and commissioning projects. The Engineer is expected to be familiar with all the necessary standards and guidelines in his field and to adhere to the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality rules. This role is primarily software in nature, and it is expected that there is a sound understanding of Building Management Systems.

Your main duties:

* In conjunction with the Project Manager, plan and design projects, including engineering, procurement, testing, commissioning and carry out customer demonstrations as required.

* Provision of technical support for ignition software.

* Working closely with the customer to identify operational issues and proactively provide solutions for improvements, upgrades or repairs.

* Advise and assist the wider team with tender processes, bids and quotes for existing and future clients.

* High degree of collaboration with project team to ensure that overall project timelines are met.

* Contribute with the continuous development & improvement of customer engineering standards

Requirements:

* Electrical certification

* Experience/knowledge of Ignition Software systems is essential

* CSCS Card

* Knowledge of a wide range of disciplines is advantageous

* Willing to travel (abroad) for training and work

* Driving Licence

* Highly technical

* Structured

* Customer oriented

* Fulltime job (40 hours per week)
