As a Business Development Executive, you will primarily be responsible for selling the clients products and services to new and existing customers. This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to position how the clients products and services can enable organisations to improve and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.

The basics of the Business Development Executive role are:

Proactively offer support to existing customers of the organisation to sell additional products.
You will be looking for new prospects to expand your customer base.
Support existing clients and ensure you maintain a good working relationship
Produce sales forecasts
Provide costs using a price book for products and services
Understand the client's needs and assess how your products and services can assist them.
Ensure customer's orders are met in a timely manor
Resolving any customer issues or complaintsExperience/skills needed for the Business Development Executive:

A proven Business Development background
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with generating leads to sales
Up selling and negotiation experience
Someone self-motivated and driven
Experience of exceeding targets and the ability to win new businessBenefits:

Salary of £28,000 and OTE £21,000
