We are seeking for a Learner Engagement Coordinator based in Bury or Oldham, this is a full time role. Our client specialises in areas in which possess in-depth expertise: hairdressing, healthcare, transportation, business skills, early childhood education and adult education. Their mission is to provide exceptional training programmes. As a Learner Engagement Coordinator, you will have a crucial responsibility in the recruitment of local learners, building connections with them, and ensuring their active involvement in their training programmes.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for enrolling local learners in adult skills training programs

Establish a robust learner recruitment funnel using diverse channels, such as online platforms, community outreach, partnerships, and marketing campaigns

Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with learners, offering continuous support and guidance to enhance their active participation and engagement in training courses

Work closely in collaboration with local Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure the sustainability of all training programs and meet contractual requirements

Register learners on the platform and ensure accurate input of learner information into the Individualised Learner Record (ILR)

Qualifications and Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities for establishing and nurturing trust-based relationships with learners, offering motivation and support throughout their training journeys

Strong collaborative skills required to work alongside sales teams and other stakeholders, ensuring the success of our training programs

A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills for effectively managing learner information and ensuring compliance with ILR requirements

Familiarity with the adult skills training landscape, funding regulations, and quality assurance frameworks is advantageous

A self-driven and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in IT systems and data management to ensure accurate entry of learner information

Full UK Driving License and access to your own car for travel as part of the role
