Job Title: Deputy Manager - Care Home
Location: Near Merstham, Surrey
Salary: £30,000

Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of the care home
Assist in the management and supervision of staff
Collaborate with the Manager to maintain high-quality care standards
Oversee resident care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively
Provide support and guidance to staff, fostering a positive working environment
Demonstrate a deep understanding of dementia care and implement best practices
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies as needed
Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures

Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a care setting
Knowledge and experience in dementia care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as required
