Join Our Team as an Electrical Site Supervisor in the West Midlands!

We maintain canals and waterways and boast an in-house fabrication shop specializing in structural steel, bridges, and nuclear decommissioning boxes. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

Salary details & package

* Company van and fuel card.

About the Job:

Location: Covering our EA Framework, travelling across West Midlands.

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

* Ensure day to day smooth running of projects.

* Provide link between electrical engineers & Line manager.

* Expected to have knowledge of CDM 2015 to give site inductions / toolbox talks at site.

* Supervise CDM sites as and when required.

* Supervise contractors as and when required arranging permits to work etc.

* Supervise that works are being done safely and to the H & S paperwork supplied.

* Offer advice when required to the team.

* Carry out NICEIC duties.

* Offer advice to the team when required.

* Scoping & quoting of works with designated line manager.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and experience:

* JIB Card.

* At least 2 years experience on CDM works.

* Approved Electrician with HNC or level 3 C&G or above preferably with 2391.

* Fault finding experience single phase & three phase 415v.

* Understanding electrical schematic drawings.

* SMSTS

* Good communication skills verbally and in writing, along with negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.

* Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Professional qualification in a subject relevant to the role (desirable).

* Panel Wiring (desirable).

* Worked on water utilities (desirable).
