We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for a manufacturing company based in North Cambridge. Theyre looking for someone to join their aftersales team who will be able to assist in streamlining their operation and making it a great experience for their customers.
The role is office based and typically work on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.
Typical duties would include:
* Raising quotations and purchase orders
* Keeping customers up to date regarding their orders and delivery status
* Offering a high level of customer service
* Generating cost estimates for complex quotes.
The successful candidate:
* Previous customer service experience ideally in an aftersales department
* Able to work to time sensitive deadlines
* Excellent IT skills
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
