This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Manager who wants to accelerate their career by joining a highly successful tech player and join them during this exciting time where they are no longer in start up phase but very much in a growth period!!

You will need to be UK based and able to travel to the London office one day per week to collaborate in person with the COO and other colleagues.

Even if you are stepping up into an HR Manager role we want to hear from you provided you relish the opportunity to join in a semi standalone capacity with a view to growing and leading a dynamic People team.

This role straddles both day to day and strategic duties as the company are now at a phase where People policies and initiatives need to be devised and implemented so you can really make your mark in forming and building out the function!

• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Recruitment of staff across all communities including developing specs, briefs adverts and screening candidates
• Superuser and champion of HR systems
• Administration, oversight, and review of the annual staff appraisal process
• Oversee employee events such as company off-site meetings and social events
• Maintenance of the Employee Handbook and related policies
• Provide remuneration advice and guidance to leadership p
• Maintain employee records and coordinate all new starter processes
• Refine induction policy and carry out high impact inductions
• Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
• Coach and be coached to ensure you and every team member reaches potential!
