HVAC Area Sales Manager with strong sales skills and an excellent business development record within the HVAC industry, to be based in the Western Home Counties / M4 Corridor required for our ventilation systems client. As HVAC Area Sales Manager you will ideally already be selling into the New Build sector, be experienced in managing a region and be able to provide evidence of maintaining and developing Key client relationships with House Builders, Developers, specifiers and partnering contractors. In your role as HVAC Area Sales manager your main goal is to sell the companies ventilation systems products in line with the Sales Strategy to maximise sales grow and profitably and therefore must have experience within the HVAC industry.

The Role

* Prospecting new accounts, using their own initiative, using the company lead generation services and efficiently network accounts to create credible opportunities, specifications and orders

* Maximise growth and profitability from existing accounts by using effective key account management techniques, client management skills and offering an exceptional level of service and support

* Keep updated with and effectively communicate the relevant regulations and documents relating to the New Build Residential Ventilation Sector, e.g. ADF, ADO, BPEC, etc.

* Work cooperatively with colleagues, exchange information and work together to maximise all sales opportunities, update CRM and deliver key market analysis reports

The person

* Must possess experience and have knowledge of HVAC

* Minimum of two years in a similar sales role, selling primarily into the New Build housing Sector

* Ability to deliver a technical sales message and CPD presentations

* Strong sales / business development skills within the new build housing sector

* Good rapport developer

* A self-starter with the ability to use their own initiative

* IT literate [Microsoft] and ability to use CRM (training will be provided)

* Clean current driving license is essential
