Technical Product Manager (Splunk/APM)

The Opportunity:

An initial 6 month engagement across a number in-flight projects for a central government end-client, which requires an experienced consultant, ideally with a track record of Technical Product Management for the delivery of a Splunk Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Platform.

You will be involved with the both Discovery and alpha stages for the Splunk APM platform helping build a three year product roadmap on Splunk APM and its core features.

N.B. Candidates will have or be willing to undergo a basic level of security clearance prior to starting the role.

Skills and Experience:

* Experience in the development of technology roadmaps for Splunk APM ideally within a government setting (e.g. GDS standards and assessments)

* Splunk APM delivery for; ITSM monitoring Application, Performance Monitoring and the rollout of observability APM tooling

* Strategy planning for adopting Splunk/APM features to enable development of standard repeatable process for the onboarding of development workloads onto the platform

* Previous experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models for usage of the platform would be advantageous

* Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand, empathise with, negotiate and influence individuals and groups such as the ServiceNow delivery partner
