Morrisons Manufacturing are recruiting for Manufacturing Cellox Operatives.
In this role as a Cellox Operative you will be working with product specification in order to meet finished product standards and allow the site to produce high quality products in a safe and efficient environment to deliver quality products to our customers.
Tasks will include basic maintenance through to full asset care of machines, product specific experience and technical understanding along with agile thinking to be able to process multiple streams of information to achieve the best outcome efficiently and effectively. Complying with all relevant business and site policies such as Health and Safety and Food Safety standards. Microsoft Office/Google/Oracle and analytical skills are key for this role as you will be required to use technical and operational data to influence decision making.

About our Thrapston site:
At our fruit pack house in Northamptonshire, we supply our stores with 130 million packs of fruit and 40 million packs of nuts a year.
Our team of 740 colleagues pick 500,000 cases of fresh food ready for our stores and Morrisons.com every week. We prepare everything from apples and pears to melons, tomatoes and those handy cucumber halves. This site operates a three-shift pattern and has a purpose-built distribution warehouse.

About You
We are looking for candidates that have experience in the following:
Experience of machines from basic maintenance through to full asset care
Experience in using technical and operational data to influence decision making
Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing/processing environment
Excellent Oracle and relevant systems skills including an understanding of recipes, standard prices, Business Intelligence Reports, and their impact on site profit and loss
Working in an office environment with the requirement to be in production areas with varying temperatures of approx. 8 degrees and below
Food Safety Level 2
