You will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in driving workshop business and throughput forward , motivating the team of Technicians to ensure that every customer's vehicle is repaired or serviced in a timely manner, in accordance with Company policies and standards.
Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Workshop Control/Management people management, with competency in Workshop Loading, Labour Sales Targets, Workshop Efficiencies, WiP Control, and Quality of Output.
You should be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail to ensure that Manufacturer guidelines and the standards of the dealership are achieved.
