Clinical Lead We are recruiting a Clinical Lead on behalf of one of our clients. The post is in a luxury care home specialising in elderly and respite care and based in Exeter. The home is medium sized and maintained to a very high standard with a notable range of facilities on offer for its residents as well as a menu of fine dining prepared by an excellent chef. As Clinical lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the nurses, with support from the other management team. You will be managing the nursing unit. You will also be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality assurance in respect to clinical matters and for carrying out clinical audits. You need to be a qualified RGN nurse with a valid PIN. This post may suit an existing Clinical Lead , Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Home Manager .
